I am a qualified reiki practitioner, ICU teacher, VNR practitioner and Crystal therapist. I always create from my heart, in the treatments that I do and in everyday life.

CRYSTAL HEALING

VEGUS NERVE REJUVENATION
The VNR treatments I’ve done on my clients have been a totally different experience for them each time they have come.
When your heart is open to receive you can have the most wonderful, magical experience on all levels of the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental bodies.
VNR is high vibrational energy healing which not only stimulates the Vegus nerve but all your other senses too. VNR uses a combination of sound, touch, crystals and many more therapeutic tools.
A toned Vegas nerve is crucial for health and wellbeing. People with fatigue, food sensitivities, anxiety, gut problems, brain fog and depression/depersonalisation the Vegas nerve is always almost at play.
People with these types of symptoms generally have a lower vagal tone, which means the Vegas nerve has allowed ability to perform its functions. The word Vegus means ‘wanderer’ because the nerve wanders all over the body to various important organs, from the brain to stomach.
A VNR session can last up to one hour, depending on the response of the treatment. You will be invited to lay down during the treatment, and encouraged to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Reiki is primarily perceived as a practice for healing the body but it is also a method for healing the mind and spirit. Ultimately, Reiki has the power to reunite the trinity of the mind-body-spirit in their optimal state of harmony.
The energy of Reiki works by gently opening you up to the understanding that you are the creator of your own reality, that there is no greater power than you. A Reiki treatment is usually given in a quiet and peaceful environment with the person receiving Reiki either lying or sitting down.
The person giving Reiki will then transmit the Reiki energy to the person receiving it by placing their hands on or over various parts of their body. A treatment can last anywhere between 30mins to an hour. There is no need to remove any items of clothing except shoes, glasses or belts so it is perfect for people who feel embarrassed or uneasy about undressing.
Bringing Reiki to your life should be a wonderful and uplifting experience. It is simply the act of experiencing the universal life force energy more directly. Rei can be interpreted as: universal and the Ki can mean: energy; life force. So from this, it can be seen that the word Reiki can be translated into “The universal life force energy.”

ICU has been developed to teach children many techniques to enable them to grow in many ways. Our children today are precious and they are our future. Therefore it is imperative that we equip them with all the tools we can to enable them to believe, trust and know that they are capable of anything.
ICU AWARENESS PROGRAMME
This programme is a new and revolutionary way to work with children to expand their minds, awareness and learning capabilities.
ICU assists children in their development during very precious years of their lives. It is beautiful and powerful and enables children to grow and blossom in many areas of their lives. This new work has been developed and enhanced to suit the children of today in this exciting era.
The ICU programme assists children to:
- Release limiting beliefs and traumas
- Increase confidence, self esteem, self respect and respect for others
- Expand their minds
- Reach educational and personal potential
- Develop their natural gifts
- Understand universal human values
THE ICU PROGRAMME
- Expands the children’s consciousness and raises their vibration

WHO, HOW, WHERE AND WHEN
Children attend a minimum of 10 sessions, weekly during term time or daily during school holidays. Children can be taught 1-1 in pairs or in groups.
This is available for children between the ages of 5-14, who can read and know colours and shapes, depending on their ability and maturity. This work is powerful, effective, fun and positively life changing for the children, their families, community and the world.
Each child will be required to practice between sessions, daily which must be followed for the best possible outcome for the Childs future.

Discovering me.
Your child will grow and learn so much in the Discovering me sessions. They are around a hour, your child will need around 4/5 sessions at £35 each.
They will learn:
